malay movies:


this classic movie i would watch it together with my family and this movie never be boring to us
Pendekar Bujang Lapok film tells the story of three best friends that Ramli (P. Ramlee), Ajis (Aziz Sattar) and Sudin (S. Shamsuddin) who want to learn martial arts with a martial arts teacher named Pendekar Mustar (Mustarjo). The trio was so impressed with the reliability Pendekar Mustar that has managed to beat two young men in the town Penambang. 
Since they are all illiterate, they can not read the whereabouts Pinang Sebatang village, the place where there Pendekar Mustar's house. Until they followed a girl named Rose (Rose Yatimah) who happens to be the son of Pendekar Mustar. 
That was many scenes that drive the heart when they learn martial arts with Pendekar Mustar. During learning, they asked meditating among the graves of the dead, blind wells that have been abandoned and dilapidated house with no occupants. They also have a crush on Rose, but Rose would prefer to Ramli.


for me this quite funny and makes me want to watch it again...
Film Senario The Movie Episode 1 tells the adventures of three friends to achieve their ambition of becoming a star. Mazlan, Wahid and Azlee come from the village and in different states. Their purpose is only one that attended auditions in Kuala Lumpur and a famous comedian homeland. 
Unfortunately, many trials and challenges they have to face to achieve that dream. Most moving when their arrival in Kuala Lumpur, they were arrested by the police as they face each other not spill the face of serial robbers being hunted by police.

In Columbia Pictures' The Pursuit of Happyness, Chris Gardner (Will Smith) is a bright and talented but marginally employed salesman. Struggling to make ends meet, Gardner finds himself and his five-year-old son evicted from their San Francisco apartment with nowhere to go. When Gardner lands an internship at a prestigious stock brokerage firm, he and his son endure many hardships, including living in shelters, in pursuit of his dream of a better life for the two of them.

Chris Gardner (Will Smith) is a family man struggling to make ends meet. Despite his valiant attempts to help keep the family afloat, the mother (Thandie Newton) of his five-year-old son Christopher (Jaden Christopher Syre Smith) is buckling under the constant strain of financial pressure. No longer able to cope, she reluctantly decides to leave.

Chris, now a single father, continues doggedly to pursue a better-paying job using every sales skill he knows. He lands an internship at a prestigious stock brokerage firm, and although there is no salary, he accepts, hopeful he will end the program with a job and a promising future. Without a financial cushion, Chris and his son are soon evicted from their apartment and forced to sleep in shelters, bus stations, bathrooms, or wherever they can find refuge for the night.

Despite his troubles, Chris continues to honor his commitment as a loving and caring father, using the affection and trust his son has placed in him as an impetus to overcome the obstacles he faces.

Back in 1997, Yong-Goo lives happily with his daughter Ye-Seung (Kal So-Won), even though he has the intelligence of a child. They stop by a shop everyday to look at a yellow Sailor Moon backpack that he hopes to buy his daughter. One day, they notice that the last yellow Sailor Moon backpack is being sold. Yong-Goo goes inside the store to plead his case, but the father buying the backpack ends up slapping Yong-Goo.

The following day, the girl who bought the yellow Sailor Moon backpack sees Yong-Goo working in the grocery store parking lot. She tells him that she knows another store that sells the same yellow backback. Yong-Goo follows the girl to a traditional outdoor market. A short while later, the girl is laying on the ground unconscious and Yong-Goo is trying to perform CPR. A woman walks by and calls the police.
Yong-Goo is accused of kidnap and murder. The father of the dead girl is also the chief of the National Police Agency. Yong-Goo is given the death penalty and incarcerated. In prison, Yong-Goo shares a jail cell with five other inmates. One day, Yong-Goo saves the life of his cellmate So Yang-Ho (Oh Dal-Su) from a rival prison gang leader. So Yang-Ho then offers to help Yong-Goo in any way he can to return the favor. Yong-Goo tells So Yang-Ho that he wants to see his daughter Ye-Seung. The five inmates then plan to make a miracle happen
